Refund and Cancellations Policies are non-applicable to purchases made from M By Magazzini Ltd via the www.mollworld.hk website only.

Change of Mind 

M by Magazzini Ltd does not offer a refund where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.  We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit

M by Magazzini Ltd is only liable to replace any goods damaged in transit. In the event that the goods have been damaged in transit, M by Magazzini Ltd reserves the right to replace said goods at their own expense. No financial alternatives nor refunds will be given unless expressly agreed by M by Magazzini Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, the goods are deemed to have been delivered once they have reached or have been assembled at the customer’s designated delivery address.

Consumer Guarantees 

Under the  Hong Kong Consumer Council, you have guaranteed legal rights for goods and services you purchase. These are called consumer guarantees.

All goods sold in Hong Kong come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Hong Kong Consumer Protection Legislations.
